In the Fiesta homepage, go to "Download" > "Client Download" and you will be able to download the game.(Please check the location of where the client will be downloaded to in your PC) |

CRC stands for Cyclick Redundancy Check which is a technology to check if the files in the network if they are received and sent properly If the file downloaded from the network is different from its original file, moving a file or copying it can cause an error on the medium (Hard Disk and RAM.)
Causes may be a damaged file or a virus infection. Try downloading or installing the Fiesta Client again. |

There are 2 ways to check your PC information. 1. System / Display Registrar Info confirmation. 1) Right click on "My computer" icon in the main screen -> Select "Properties". 2) Select System Registrar info> General. System: OS Computer: CPU, RAM 3) Settings> Seniority > Adaptor. Adapter info: Video Card Info. 2. dxdiag check 1) Select Start >Run in the Process Status Space. 2) Type "dxdiag" and press Enter. |

You need Direct x 9.0c or above to run Fiesta Online. To check what version your using, follow the below instructions. 1. Start > Run 2. Type "dxdiag" 3. In the System info box you can check your Direct X version - If it is lower than 9.0c , you must update your Direct X. To install Direct X follow the below process: <Install> a. Homepage > Download > Graphic Driver > DirectX 9.0c and download. b. When download is completed double click on the downloaded file(dxwebsetup.exe) and install. *To run Fiesta Online you need a version higher than DirectX 9.0c which means you cannot run the game in Windows 95. To install DirectX you need 55MB amount of space in your Hard drive. After installation, DirectX file will use approximately 22MB of your Hard drive space. |

This may be caused by an old version of your Videocard Driver and Direct X. Try to update to the newest version. |

Disconnection may be caused by a low version of your Videocard Driver and Direct X. Try to update to the newest version and see if your system meets the minimum requirements of the game. |

This can happen when your connection is unstable or when the Fiesta Online Update FTP server is crowded with users trying to update their game as well.
If possible try updating again on a later time slot when there are less users. |
